For any process, the atmosphere plays a very important role. In order to have inspiration to be an integral companion in our work, we simply need to surround ourselves with objects, paintings or photographs that will contribute to motivation and self-belief. I will share with you 4 of my necessary work companions that increase my productivity:
1. Music. For me personally, this is the key factor and indicator of efficiency during work, honestly. I can't imagine any process without music, and it doesn't matter what exactly I do: teach, paint a picture or just do some preparatory work. Music is a guide to a different state, to a completely different dimension and senses.
2. Everything you need is near hand. I always lay out all the materials and tools I need before starting work. Thus, in the process, I am not distracted by the thought that I can't find a brush or forget where I put this or that tube of paint last time. When everything is near hand, you save both time and energy, and do not let inspiration disappear somewhere.

3. Light. For graphics, and painting in particular, this is an extremely important factor. The artist needs to see the picture in the right, pure and moderate, in terms of warmth and coldness, light. Thus, you will perceive the work as clearly and objectively as possible, and later, in a different light, you will not want to redo everything. If you do not have the opportunity to create in natural light, as ideally you need to do, install a special adjustable light in your workplace so that you can choose the lighting you need.
4. Turn off all mobile devices. Yes, I know. Not everyone can do it, but believe me, it's better to allocate time for creativity when no one will bother you than to draw in the middle of the working day, when you will be disturbed by various important and not very important issues. This will keep you focused and creative. I allocate separate days for this, when I know that all the things are done, and I can go into my internal processes with a calm soul.
