The Mariinskaya School of Painting and Drawing is the author's project of the artist Kristina Mariinskaya. Kristina shares 12 years of experience in the artistic sphere, using the author's teaching methodology.

Kristina has taught painting and drawing in Italy, France, Russia and Ukraine. She gathered a huge amount of knowledge and techniques while studying with famous artists, underwent pedagogical practice in France, adopting a free individualized teaching methodology.

I want to share my impressions of the dry pastel painting course and express my gratitude to Kristina. I'm not an artist, I didn't know how to draw at all. I came to the course to try. It was scary because of the inability. But magical Kristina creates such an amazing atmosphere in the classroom, inspires to work so much and helps to overcome difficulties so my fear was has forgotten. The feeling of magic did not leave me throughout the course.

Moreover, my sketches and the delight of the lessons aroused the desire to learn to draw from an 8-year-old daughter, and we were able to go to classes together. Methodical, extremely clear presentation of the material, assistance in difficulties and an amazing calm atmosphere gave me confidence for home experiments.
